ISO

ISO is a type of effect you may use on a picture either to make it brighter or to make it darker it all depends on where you are and how dark it is.

In the photos you see above there all four different pictures. The first one is ISO with flash that made the picture way brighter it sucked in all the light that was around. The second one was 400 ISO meaning that it took all the light in slow and used only bits of light to make it possible. The third one was 800 same with this one it had time to use as much light in order to make the picture pop out. The fourth and last one was 5000 ISO that’s the most ISO there is on our cameras this one made the light seem as if they were super super bright but really weren’t it just added in light the needed to be added.

ISO is better then flash because you don’t need your skin looking like shine skin. What the ISO does it get all the light that needs to be added from different places in the room instead of just a big bright light.

The faster and higher the ISO the fast the light comes in so you have to be careful when choosing your ISO.

Fill in Flash Experiment

Fill in flash is when your outside and you have a shadow on your self and you don't want it there so you put on the flash and it makes it look like theres no shadow.
The one that has the shadows of hands on them are the before pictures and the next ones are the ones with the flash on them.

Metering

The metering tool is a good way to meter the lighting in the room.
On the top picture is a shot of the camrea with the flash off and on the bottom is the one with the flash on it darkens the picture with the flash on.
If you ever need a shot with little to no lighting you use the flash to brighten your picture.
